Up to 16 different levels of resistance allow you to protect your disease from local climates and antibiotics.
Gain new methods of transmitting your disease to others.
Collect up to 20 unique traits based on how you play, that may help or hinder the progress of your disease.
Infect The World
Spread your disease across all 21 unique regions to infect the world.
Avoid detection from region governments that will attempt to stop the progress of your disease.
Take advantage of natural disasters such as hurricanes and earthquakes to help spread your disease faster.
Use region services such as public transit and schools to spread your disease.
Contaminate region water plants to infect people faster than usual.
Use planes and boats to your advantage and spread your disease to distant regions.
Exterminate Mankind
Increase the lethality of your disease to make it more deadly.
Survive attempts made by the scientific community to develop a vaccine for your disease.
Avoid making your disease too visible to ensure regions keep their borders, airports and shipyards open.
Watch on the world map as your disease progresses in multiple regions.
